SAVORY SMOOTHIE BOWL
6 cups arugula
2 organic tomatoes
½ tablespoon chopped onion
½ cup cilantro
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Vitamix yo' arugula, ½ avocado, 1 tomatoe, onion, cilantro, and water.
2. Blend until puree’ed.
3. Top with sliced avocado and tomato.
4. Salt and peppa.
5. Spoon, sip, slurpy.
